Today I continued working on the data analysis. I also went along on the rounds at medium care. Unfortunately, medium care is currently running on a tight schedule because 10 nurses have quit in the last few weeks and there is now a shortage of staff. I also took part in a discussion group of nurses and doctors. The topic was a video from Veerle's Neoflix study, in which a chest tube was placed in a newborn with tension pneumothorax. Later, Veerle interviewed me about my opinion on this kind of quality management. I find it a super constructive thing, especially as the atmosphere during the analysis was always friendly and possible mistakes were discussed objectively and not denounced.
Tonight my grandparents came to visit and we went out for burgers. They will be on holiday near Leiden until Sunday 😊
